Yoga

To make a fresh start in the day or relax your muscles after a day Surfing, Yoga is the best balance and makes you feel better in body and mind.

Different types of Yoga, such as Vinyasa or Hatha are proposed on a daily base. As well as a variety of workshops such as Accro or Kundalini Yoga. The lessons are adapted to all ages. Our Yoga instructors will have the pleasure to show you their universe of total relaxation and well-being.

The lessons will take place 2 or 3 times a day under the shade of the pine trees only a step away from the Surf Camp. We provide roll mats and other accessories, who are free to use all day long.

You will be able to subscribe for a session on our daily list in exchange of a little participation of 2-3 euros per session.
